Payments are accepted via Zelle to the designated email address (info@rrfinancials.net) or QR Code provided by R&R Financials (R&R Financials).
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the transaction.
A $300 voucher code will be sent to the user's registered email address within 24 hours of the transaction confirmation.
Before sending the voucher code, R&R Financials reserves the right to validate the user's Name, Email, and Phone Number with the payment and user details. If details do not match, R&R Financials will contact the user for further validation.
Refunds are applicable within 10 days of purchase if no documents in user’s Netlaw account have been downloaded.
If any documents associated with user’s Netlaw account have been downloaded, no refund will be processed due to the nature of digital products.
To request a refund, users must contact R&R Financials' customer support via email at info@rrfinancials.net within the eligible refund period. The request must include the transaction details and reason for refund.
Upon approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Refunds may be denied if the request is made after the 10-day refund period, or if documents associated with user’s Netlaw account have been downloaded.
If validation of user details after receiving the payment is unsuccessful, R&R Financials will contact the user for further validation. If validation remains unsuccessful, R&R Financials will initiate a refund of the payment amount.

Either party may terminate the financial planning services with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for fees for services rendered up to the termination date.
R&R FINSERV LLC and its representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the financial planning services.
